William K. Knestaut, 77, of Ocean View, formerly of Gibbstown, passed away September 7, 2010. He is the beloved husband of Carol (nee Hansen), loving father of William E. Knestaut, Kim (Ryan) McCann, Kelli Grimes, devoted grandfather of Stephen and Allison McCann, Stephanie and Gary Grimes, Joshua and Emma Knestaut, and predeceased by grandaughter Natalie Grimes.

Bill was a former Greenwich Twp Zoning Administrator, was on the Greenwich Twp Planning Board and a 1st District Greenwich Twp Committeeman. He was a life member of St. Michael's Mutual Club, retired from EI DuPont's in Gibbstown, served as treasurer of USWA and was a US Army Veteran.

A visitation with the family will be on Monday, 9-10:15am, at St. Michael's Church, Memorial Ave., Gibbstown, followed by a funeral Mass at 10:30am. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in Bill's memory be made to either the Guardian Angels School, 150 S.
