Passed away on April 13, 2022 of Gibbstown, NJ, age 51 yrs. Beloved son of the late Thomas and Mary Ann Harris. Dear brother of Tom Harris (Linda), Mary Anne Midili (Sam), and Cliff Graeff. Loving step-son of Donna Harris. Also survived by his niece and nephew Tommy and Samantha. Billy was a life long resident of Gibbstown, graduating from Paulsboro H.S. in 1989. He loved racing at both Bridgeport Speedway and Airport Speedway. Billy loved to BBQ for practically the entire community, drinking Busch Beer, NASCAR, and cheering for all of the Philadelphia sports teams. Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Tuesday from 10am to 12noon at the LANDOLFI FUNERAL HOME, 300 W. Broad Street, Paulsboro, NJ.
