Vittorio (Victor) Roscetti, 89, of Franklin Pa., formerly of Gibbstown, passed away August 1, 2022, at home with his family by his side. He is the husband of the late Janet Roscetti and father of the late Victor Roscetti. Survived by his son Danny Roscetti, 4 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his sister Nelle Bernardino.
