Vincent "JImmy" Minniti, 92, of Paulsboro, passed away June 23, 2025, with his loving family by his side. He is the son of the late Carmelo and Stefonia Minniti, beloved husband of Lorraine (nee Wozniak), devoted father of Vincent (Dawn), Michael (Kelsey), Karen and Lori Minniti, loving grandfather of Nicolina (Nick), Isabella, Jessica, Gregory, great grandfather of Nathaniel and Nellie Rey, brother of Nicolina Marucci and Rev. David Minniti. Predeceased by his daughters Valerie and Victoria, his siblings Dr. Joseph Minniti, John Minniti, Laura DiDonato, Dr. Alex Minniti, Rev. Anthony Minniti, Dr. Carl Minniti and Angelina Minniti.

Vincent was a 1951 Paulsboro graduate, served two years in the Army during the Korean Conflict and had a Temple degree as a Medical Tech, working at Cooper for 18 years. He worked for Sony Records, which he retired from. For two years he was the secretary of the Board of Health in Paulsboro, President and Vice President of St. John's bingo, was the Eucharist Minister and usher for St. John's and also St. Clare of Assisi for many years. Vincent was a member of the Knights of Columbus and St. Clare of Assisi Parish.

"Jimmy" as most knew him loved his family, especially spending time with his grandchildren, liked working in the yard and sitting on the porch talking with his friends.

Family and friends are invited to his viewing on Monday, June 30, 2025, from 10-11am at the St. Clare of Assisi Parish (St. Michael's Church), 313 Memorial Avenue, Gibbstown NJ. A Mass of Christian burial will take place immediately following at 11am. Interment St. Joseph's Cemetery, Swedesboro NJ.
