Of Paulsboro, NJ, passed away peacefully on February 15, 2023, after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by her loving family, age 59yrs. Beloved daughter of Vincent and Lorraine Minniti. Dear sister of Vincent (Dawn), Michael (Kelsey), Karen, Lori Ann, and the late Valerie. Loving aunt of Nicolina, Isabella, Jessica, Gregory, and Nathaniel. Vicky graduated from Paulsboro High School in 1981. She was employed as a Corrections Officer for Howard R. Young Correctional Institution in Delaware. Vicky enjoyed all sorts of physical fitness and loved walking. Additionally, Vicky was a disciplined Karate student, earning her third degree black belt. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Tuesday morning from 10am at St. Clare of Assisi Parish, St. Michael's Church, Memorial Ave, Gibbstown, NJ, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11am.
