Passed away on April 16, 2019 of Monroeville, NJ, formerly of Paulsboro, NJ, age 74 yrs. Beloved husband of Claudia (nee Raively). Devoted father of Kimberly Payne, Robin Payne, Cynthia Payne, Patrick Raively and the late Thomas J. Payne, Jr. Dear brother of McArthur Payne and Raymond Payne as well as the late Roger Payne, Juanita Dumas, Irene Payne and Christine Maldonado. Loving grandfather of 14 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Tom will always be remembered as living life to it's fullest. He was a talented mechanic who enjoyed working on cars and could build anything. Tom was currently employed with Nicolosi Farms where he worked for the last 17 years. He enjoyed fishing, traveling, cats, and above all spending time with his family. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Wednesday morning from 9 to 10:30am at LANDOLFI FUNERAL HOME, 300 W. Broad St., Paulsboro, NJ where a Funeral Service will follow at 10:30am.
