Thomas H. Fagely, 64, of Gibbstown,  formerly of SW Philadelphia,  passed away September 14, 2018. He is the beloved husband of Jeanne (nee Crossan), loving father of  Caitlin (Shane) Feldman, Thomas (Chelsea) Fagely,  devoted grandfather of Declan, brother of Janice (Wayne) Cox and Joyce Lydinski.  Also survived by his niece's Brittany Conrad and Alison Pelliciotti.

Tom enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchild, loved to travel and going to North Wildwood. He was a devoted member of St. Michael's Mutual Club and the AOH . He was an avid Philadlephia Sports Fan and Notre Dame Football fan.

A viewing will be on Tuesday 6-8pm and Wednesday 9-10am at the LANDOLFI FUNERAL HOME of Paulsboro, 300 W. Broad St.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday 10:30am at the St. Clare of Assisi Parish (St. Michael's Church), 313 Memorial Ave., Gibbstown.
