Sarah F. Minniti (nee Saulino), 89, of Gibbstown, passed away January 31, 2023.  She is the wife of the late Anthony P. Minniti Sr., beloved mother of Sherri Minniti, Anthony P. Minniti Jr. (Donna), Mark Minniti (Marie), loving grandmother of Jessica, Lauren, Jennifer, Tonilee, Nicole, Mark and the late Anthony P. Minniti III and great grandmother of 10 children. Predeceased by her brother Thomas Saulino.

"Chubby" as most knew her, was a life long resident of Gibbstown. She was a very devoted Catholic and parishioner of the St. Michael's Church of Gibbstown. Her biggest joy in life was spending time with her family, especially with her grandchildren. She always had a smile on her face and had such a wonderful personality. For those that knew her she will be greatly missed.
