Ruthanne Bates (nee Miltimore), 58, of Gibbstown, passed away January 16, 2012. She is the loving wife of Kenneth Bates, devoted mother of Stacey (Joseph) Mangine, daughter of William (Lois) Miltimore, sister of Brian (Stephanie) Miltimore, Jan Knorr, Jay, Allen and Joy Young. Predeceased by her mother Marjorie Miltimore (nee Eicher).
