Ruth I. Carney (nee Novotny), 79, of Woodbury Heights, passed away October 19, 2021. She is the beloved mother of Andre (Diane) Bay, Marc (Tracy), Bay, predeceased by daughter Brenda Cavallaro (John), sister of Diane (Henry) Ramer. She is also survived by her grandchildren Lindsay, Carly, Angela, Laura, Cecelia, Tabitha and great grandchild Elena. A visitation with the family will be on Wednesday at the LANDOLFI FUNERAL HOME, 300 W. Broad St., Paulsboro, from 9-11AM. Services to follow 11AM. Interment will be private.
