Ruth J. Apostle, 89, of West Deptford, formerly of Paulsboro, passed away July 8, 2008. She is the wife of the late Andrew Apostle. Beloved mother of Jeanne Custodio-Sprinkle, OK, Andrea Mills, Moorestown, loving sister of Alice Fortune, Nat'l Park, devoted grandmother of Juliana, Antonia, Francia, Dee Jay, Brian, 13 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren. She is also survived by her fiance Tom Marker.

Ruth was one of the most loving, honest and generous people you would ever want to meet. She was there to help everyone, even those she didn't really know. She will be missed by all those that knew her. She was a member of the Paulsboro Senior Citizens and the Church of the Incarnation in Mantua.

Visitation will be on Friday at the Church of the Incarnation, 240 E. Main St., Mantua, from 9:15-10:15am. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10:30am. Interment St. Joseph's Cemetery, Swedesboro. In Ruth's memory donations may be sent to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105.
