Rose M. Novotny

Rose M. Novotny (nee Duca), 98, of Mantua, passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side. She is the wife of the late Frank J. Novotny, beloved mother of Patricia (Michael) Dolan, Linda Bean and predeceased by her daughter Deborah Novotny. Devoted grandmother of Nicole, Taylor, Kevin, great grandmother of Anthony, Meghan, Tracey, Michael, and great great grandmother of Lyla, Bean, Lucy, Harrison, Tessa, Quinn, Nathan, Austin and Aubrey Rose. Also survived by her loving sisters: Josephine Kappra, Madeline Gentile, Viola Arriviello and Cathy Vicere. Predeceased by her brothers Joseph, Peter and Charles Duca.

Rose loved to cook, was the BEST cookie maker, crocheting, enjoyed square dancing and especially loved flowers. She worked at Ponzio's as a waitress for many years.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Thursday, June 25, 2026 from 9:30am-10:45am at the Church of Incarnation, 240 Main Street, Mantua NJ, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am. Interment at Eglington Cemetery, Clarksboro NJ.
