Rosario A. Comi, 83, of Paulsboro, passed away peacefully on December 18, 2022. Son of the late Giovanni Comi and Carmelina Mercuri. Beloved husband of Elena (nee Morda), devoted father of Daniela Sorensen and her husband Matthew, Giovanni Comi and his wife Lisa, and Maria Colonna and her husband James. Loving Nonno of Michael, Nicholas, Joseph, Regina, Santino and Carmelina. Dear brother of Maria Palmenta and Lena Comi. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Rosario was born in Diminniti, Reggio Calabria Italy and immigrated to the United States in 1978. He retired from Dalton Insurance Agency. Rosario was a great man of faith and devoted to the Blessed Mother. He was known to play the organetto for family and friends. Additionally, Rosario enjoyed gardening, music, and spending time with his family. He will always be remembered for his impeccable dress and his kind and gentle spirit.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Friday, December 30, 2022 from 9:30am at St. Clare of Assisi Parish, (St. Michael's Church), Memorial Avenue, Gibbstown NJ, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11am.  The Mass will be live streamed promptly at 11am by going to STCLARENJ.ORG.
