Passed away peacefully on November 19, 2019 of Gibbstown, NJ, age 82yrs.  Beloved husband of the late Roseann M. (Kappre).  Devoted father of Carolann Thompson and Ronda Bast (Thomas).  Dear brother of Gary Thompson, Rita Lupinetti and the late Howard Thompson.  Loving grandfather of Andrew and Joshua.  Great-grandfather of Bella, Lily, Andrew, Blake, and Wesley.  Ronald was a life-long resident of Gibbstown and a 1956 graduate of Paulsboro H.S.  He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army and then retired from Poly One Corp.  Affectionately known as "Rockin Ron," Ronald enjoyed hunting, fishing, and dancing and was known around town as everyone's handyman.  Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Sunday evening from 5PM to 7PM and again on Monday morning from 9:30am to 10:30am, at the LANDOLFI FUNERAL HOME, 300 W. Broad St, Paulsboro, NJ.  A Funeral Service will follow at 10:30am.  Interment with Military Honors will take place at Eglington Cemetery, Clarksboro, NJ.
