Richard E. Harbison, age 75, of Gibbstown died December 2, 2018.

Born in Mantua, he lived in Paulsboro before moving to Gibbstown in 1989.  He worked for E. I. DuPont before his retirement.  Richard was a former member of Aura Fire Department.

Richard loved woodworking and making stained glass.  He enjoyed going to the track and watching dirt track racing.

Richard started being Santa approximately 10 years ago.  He enjoyed making people smile.  Being Santa brought a smile to Richard's face.

Richard is survived by his wife, Louise;  four sons, Scott (Laura Garron) Harbison, Timothy (Terry Moore) Harbison, Wes (Jennifer) Harbison, and Jason (Katy) Harbison; one sister, Barbara Jansen; and four grandchildren, Chase, Delaney, Jack, Pyper.  Also survived by his loving sister-in-law Mary Antanaitis.

Viewing will be Friday 9:30-11am at Landolfi Funeral Home 300 W. Broad St. Paulsboro where service will begin at 11am.  Burial Eglington Cem. Clarksboro.
