Raymond J. Colanero, 85, of West Deptford, passed away November 9, 2023. He is the beloved husband of Marie Colanero (nee Faulls), devoted father of Michael Colanero, Anthony (Lisa) Colanero, loving grandfather of Gina Marie, Jordan, Reese Colanero, great grandfather of Lana Rae Heininger and brother of Angeline Wacker.

Raymond was born in Paulsboro and a 1956 Paulsboro High School graduate. He proudly served in the Marines from 1956-1958. After many years he retired from EI DuPont's in Deepwater as a mechanic and currently was an Honor Guard at the Gloucester County Veterans Cemetery and was the National ANU Chaplin from 2012-2018. He was a member of the ANU Garrison 52, Marine Corp League and the Son's of Italy-Carmel S Mornia Lodge 2580.

Family and friends are invited to his viewing, Saturday, November 18, 2023, at the LANDOLFI FUNERAL HOME, 300 W. Broad St., Paulsboro, from 9:00-11:00AM. Immediately following will be interment at the Gloucester County Veterans Cemetery, with Military Honors, 240 Tuckahoe Road, Williamstown NJ.
