View Peggy's Video Tribute

Peggy Magazu, 61, of Gibbstown, suddenly on September 17, 2008. She is the beloved mother of Jennifer Magazu of Deptford, Joseph Magazu of Gibbstown, loving sister of Maryann (Edward) Wright, Gibbstown, and devoted aunt of Alexa. Also survived by many cousins and friends that will miss her dearly. Predeceased by her parents Joseph, Virginia, and Eleanore Magazu.

Peggy was an Administrative Assistant at Guardian Angels School in Gibbstown and was a Child Care Director for St. Cecilia's School in Berlin. She spent most of her life working with children and the church and helping anyone that needed her. She will be fondly remembered for her kindness and devotion to all those that knew her. One of Peggy's favorite past times was spending peaceful time at her shore home in Brigantine.

A viewing will be on Monday 6-9pm and Tuesday 8:30-9:30am at the Landolfi Funeral Home of Paulsboro, 300 W. Broad St., Paulsboro. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10am at the St. Michael's Church, Memorial Ave., Gibbstown. Interment St. Joseph's Cemetery, Swedesboro.
