God graced this world with 95 years of Pauline loving her family, faith, community and touching those in her long journey of life. Now it's up to us to carry on her legacy of devotion to others.

She passed graciously on August 11 ^th at home in the arms of her loving family.

Pauline was born on April 4, 1924 in Girard, Ohio and moved to Paulsboro her senior year of high school. There she met the love of her life Mike. The rest of the story was a fairy tale centered around her family.

Her greatest accomplishments were many. From putting on musicals, organizing St. John's hot lunches for children, putting on soup sales, spaghetti dinners, sewing for everyone, teaching accordion lessons, helping each of her children in all events that they needed her cooking expertise, avid traveler with two pilgrimages to Europe, and then her dedication to Mobil Research. Of all these accomplishments Pauline would say her most treasured one is her family.

Pauline was the loving wife of Michael J. Salvatore Sr. (deceased); sister to baby brother Julius James, Joseph, Arthur, John, and Theresa (Minix) Vellutato who are deceased. She is survived by brothers James, Julius and Francis Vellutato. Mother to Michael Salvatore(Eileen), Margie Leman (Wayne), Paulette Funk (James), Teresa Sabetta (James), Celeste Dolan (Vincent), Michele Swett (Jeffrey), and John Salvatore (Sandra), 16 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Thursday evening from 6 to 8PM and again on Friday morning from 9am at St. Clare of Assisi Parish, St. Michael's Church, Memorial Ave, Gibbstown, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am. Entombment will follow at Eglington Cemetery.
