Mary Ann Reel (nee Magazu), 76, a life long resident of Gibbstown, passed away October 8, 2008 at the University of Pennsylvania. During her illness she was helped along the way by a multitude of prayers from her family and clergy. She is the beloved wife of 55years to Frederick T. Reel, loving mother of Sharon Reel-Fuhrmeister, grandchildren Krista Mueller, Gregory and Erica, daughter Marianne (Steven) Davies, grandchildren Ryan and Gwendolyn, daughter Laura (Bernard) Plantz, grandaughter Hanna, son George (Paulette) Reel, grandchildren Steven, Matthew, Daniel and Mark. Also survived by her brother Harry Magazu of Gibbstown and her sister Frances Green of MA. Predeceased by her son-in-law Carl Fuhrmeister, sister Rose DiMuzio, Anne Lisa and brother Frank Magazu.

Mary was very devoted to her family, she loved to cook, bake and knit. For many years she worked at the Paulsboro Bank and was a member of the Mickleton Garden Club.

A viewing will be held on Monday 7-9PM and Tuesday 8:30-9:30AM at the Landolfi Funeral Home of Paulsboro, 300 W. Broad Street. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10AM at the St. Michael's Church, Memorial Ave., Gibbstown. Interment Eglington Cemetery.
