Margaret (Marge) Velahos (nee DiFeterici) born August 5th, 1933, passed away on July 26, 2021. She is predeceased by beloved husband Pasquale Velahos, father Vincent DiFeterici, mother Marcella DiFeterici (nee Pitman), brother Vincent, and sister Anna. She is survived by sons Pat (Michele), John, and Vince (Maria), grandchildren Nathan (Carla), David (Kaitlin), Matthew, Jane, and Mary, and great-grandchildren Nathan, Giovanni, Niko, Annalise, Nora, and Milo.

Marge was born in Paulsboro and later became a resident of Gibbstown where she raised her family. In addition to Marge and her husband owning Pat's Deli and Cold Cuts in North Wildwood and rental properties, Marge began her career as a New Jersey unemployment claims receiver and, through a series of promotions, retired as district manager of five New Jersey unemployment offices.

Marge loved making memories with her husband, children, and grandchildren. She also enjoyed reading, watching movies, storytelling, spending time in Wildwood, and enjoying a midnight snack with loved ones. Marge had a way of making everyone feel special; to know her was to love her. Selfless, resilient, and youthful at heart, her spirit lives on.

A viewing will be on Monday at St. Clare of Assis Parish (St. Michael's Church), 313 Memorial Ave., Gibbstown, from 10am-11:30am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial 11:30am.
