Keith F. Jackson, 57, of Gibbstown/Paulsboro, June 29, 2026. Son of the late George and Victoria Jackson. He is survived by his wife Miranda (nee Burgos), his loving daughter Katia K. Jackson, his beautiful granddaughter that he cherished so much, Eliani, his son Noel Santiago, his sisters Jeanette (Michael) Moerman and Margaret Jackson. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brother Vincent Jackson.

Keith was always a very friendly and funny person, someone who cared deeply for others and was like a father figure to many. He was known for his kindness, his sense of humor, and the way he made everyone feel welcome. He was well known for being the owner of Little Pizza Heaven, in Gibbstown, where he touched countless lives in the community, serving not just pizza, but warmth and friendship. He was a dad, pop pop, brother, and friend to so many, and his legacy lives on through the stories and memories we share.

Along with being owner of Little Pizza Heaven Keith also owned and operated Future Enterprise Construction Company. He loved to cook, gardening, and especially loved to dance, better known as "Wiggles".

Family and friends are invited to his viewing, on July 7, 2026, at the LANDOLFI FUNERAL HOME of Paulsboro, 300 W. Broad Street, from 9am-10:45am, with a service following at 11am. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
