Joseph R. Steffin Sr., age 89, of Gibbstown died April 27, 2019.  Born in Michigan, he moved to Gibbstown in 1964.

He was the husband of the late Erma (nee Marinelli).  Joe is survived by three children, Cynthia (Gary) Koenitzer, Phyllis (Keith) Padgett, and Joseph (Janice) Steffin Jr.; seven grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Thurs. 10:30-11am at St. Clare of Assissi/St. Michael Church 313 Memorial Ave. Gibbstown, NJ where Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11am.  Burial is private.  Family requests no flowers.
