Joseph G. Retkovis, 71, of Paulsboro, passed away, at home, July 26, 2012. He is the beloved husband of Nora A. (nee Howell), loving father of Curtis and Timothy Retkovis, predeceased by his son Joseph, brother of Mary Ann Dericco, Joan Perogine, Rita and John Retkovis and devoted grandfather of Brooke and Taylorann.

Joe was a US Army Vietnam War Veteran, Past Commander of the Gibbstown VFW, Post 5579, and, Past District Commander of the 13th District VFW. After many year of service he retired from Foxboro in Media Pa. He enjoyed computers, golf and spending time with his son Timothy.

A Memorial will be held on Wednesday, 9:30-10:30am, at the LANDOLFI FUNERAL HOME of Paulsboro, 300 W. Broad St., followed by services at 10:30am. Interment Gloucester County Veterans Cemetery, Monroe Twp. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to Samaritan Hospice, 5 Eves Dr., #300, Marlton NJ 08053
