Joseph E. Lowe Sr., 65, of Tampa Fl, formerly of Gibbstown, passed away peacefully April 12, 2015. He is the son of the late Eugene T. and Margaret M. Lowe., beloved father of Joseph E. Lowe Jr., Stephanie Lowe-Frisby (Marlin), Frank (Krista) Spera, Jami (Max) Brown, grandfather of Michael, Gregory, Kaitlyn, Warren, Liam, brother of Jim (Candelle) and Michael (Susan) Lowe and long time companion of Lucetta Lea. Predeceased by his wife Linda (nee Spera) and his brother Gene Lowe (Margie).

Joe was a graduate of St. James High School and was a retired Greenwich Twp. Detective. He was a very proud grandfather, POPPA JOE!

A Memorial will be on Thursday, April 23, 2015, at the St. Clare of Assisi Parish (St. Michael's Church), visitation 9-10:15am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial 10:30am.
