Passed away peacefully on July 17, 2019, surrounded by his loving family, of Paulsboro, NJ age 73 yrs.  Beloved husband of Bonnie L. (nee Manchester).   In addition to his loving children;  Rita, Tony and Christa,  Joe is survived by his adoring grandchildren; Jordan, Madison, Thomas, Brianna and Gracie, as well as his sisters Joann Olliver (Bob), Rita Rohrer (Bob), and Mary Lipsett (Joey).  Joe proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy and retired from Mobil Refinery after many years of service.  Joe was a long-time member of St. Michaels Mutual Club and the Paulsboro Sportsman's Club.  Above all, Joe loved to spend time with his family and friends.
