John N. Gentile, 82, life long resident of Paulsboro, passed away September 17, 2014, at home, surrounded by his family. He is the beloved husband of "Gertie" (nee Nickerson), devoted father of John Gentile, Gina (Carmel) Morina, Toni (Martin) Ware, loving grandfather of Johnny, Ronnie, Giovanna Gentile, Natale, Maria Elena, Gia, Santino Morina, Michael and Gina Ware, predeceased by his parents Dominic B. and Maria D. Gentile and brother Joseph Gentile.

John was a 1952 graduate of Paulsboro High School, he was a continued avid sports fan and contributor of the sports programs, was a lifetime member of the Paulsboro VFW and was a US Navy Veteran serving during the Korean Conflict.

A viewing will be on Wednesday 9-11:15am at the LANDOLFI FUNERAL HOME of Paulsboro, 300 W. Broad St., followed by services at 11:30am. Interment Eglington Cemetery, Clarksboro.
