Joann Olliver (nee Bucco), 79, of Gibbstown, passed away February 8, 2026, at home, with her family by her side. She is the beloved wife of Robert Olliver, devoted mother of Jodi Olliver, loving sister of Rita Bucco (late Bob Rohrer), Mary (Joseph) Lipsett, grandmother of Lee, Emily, Samantha, Steven and great grandmother of Finnegan, Patrick and Lee. Also survived by her sister-in-law Bonnie Bucco, step children Robert Olliver Jr. (Nancy), Terri Cable (Ken), Marjie Rowbotham (Lee) and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Salvatore and Mary Bucco and brother Joseph Bucco.

Joann lived in the Paulsboro and Gibbstown area all of her life and was a 1964 Paulsboro High School graduate. After 34 years of service she retired from NJ American Water Company as an IT specialist, along with many other positions she held within the company. She was an avid fan of Jerry Blavat, dancing, card stamping and walking. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family and friends.
