Grace Vasta, 96, of Gibbstown, passed away April 6, 2025. She is the beloved wife of the late Salvatore Vasta, loving mother of  Leonardo (Diane) Vasta, Anne Vasta and Mary (Ronald) Clark. She is also survived by many grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Predeceased by the late daughter-in-law Shirley Vasta.

Grace was born in Catania, Italy and has been in the United States for many years. She was a member of the Mother of Sorrows, loved spending time with her grandchildren, enjoyed cooking and making her meatballs that everyone loved. Her favorite past time was going to the casino, playing cards with her friends and loved to talk to everyone and make new friends. Her favorite hobbies were sewing and crocheting. In her younger years she was a seamstress for Forte Neckwear in Paulsboro.

Family and friends are invited to her viewing on Friday, April 11, 2025 at the St. Clare of Assisi Parish, St. Michael's Church, Memorial Avenue, Gibbstown, from 10am-11am. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11am. Entombment Eglington Cemetery, Clarksboro.
