Glenn D. Sarmiento

Glenn D. Sarmiento, 67, lifelong resident of Gibbstown, son of the late Stanley and Francis Sarmiento, passed away October 27, 2026. He is the husband of Tracy (nee Stevens) Sarmiento, father of Glenn D. Sarmiento, Jr., Harley (Nicholas Pacenza) Sarmiento, Cole Sarmiento, brother of Stanley (Bonnie) Sarmiento and Duane (Ellen) Sarmiento. He is the loving grandfather of Easton, Ryker and Cove.

Glenn was a graduate of Paulsboro High School, after 20 years of service he retired from the NJ Department of Transportation. Glenn was very active in local sports; he coached little league softball, baseball, basketball, hockey and coached the football Falcons in Gibbstown. He also coached the Paulsboro Oilers football team. He loved spending time with his grandchildren, going to the casino and to the campground in Sea Isle.
