Gene A. Bay, 79, of Gibbstown, passed away January 31, 2021. He is the loving father of Holly Bay Forsman, devoted grandfather of Gregory C. Forsman Jr., Jennifer N. Forsman, great grandfather of Sierra L., Bella R., Orion and Jameson "Punk" Forsman, all of Phoenix AZ. He is also survived by his sister Wanda Reese of California and brother Willis Bay of Paulsboro and many devoted nieces and nephews.

Gene graduated from Paulsboro High School in 1959, was on the Paulsboro High School Wrestling Coaching staff and belonged to the Mt. Royal gun club. He enjoyed hunting, high school wrestling, football, playing the Tuba, bottling family wine, country dancing and Doo Wap music. He will be missed by all those that knew and loved him.
