Frank Markegene, 74, of Gibbstown, passed away July 3, 2013, at Jefferson Hospital. He is the beloved husband of Antoinette (Toni) nee DeFrank, devoted father of April Oeffler (Joseph Morgan), Steven (Colleen) Markegene, Leah (Todd) Homa, loving grandfather of Connor and Paige Markegene, Ella, Nathan and Tessa Homa, brother of Anthony Markegene, Anne Perletta, also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Frank was a member of the Carmel S. Morina Sons of Italy Lodge and the Local 5 Bricklayer and Allied Craft Workers Union. He enjoyed golfing, fishing with family and friends, and playing the accordion at family gatherings. He worked as a bricklayer for John B. Kelly, Inc. in Philadelphia.

A viewing will be on Monday 7-9pm and Tuesday 8:45-9:45am at the LANDOLFI FUNERAL HOME of Paulsboro, 300 W. Broad St., followed by a Mass of Christian burial,10:30am, at the St. Clare of Assisi Parish/St.Michael's Church, Memorial Ave., Gibbstown. Entombment Eglington Cemetery.
