Passed away on January 1, 2022, of Gibbstown, NJ, age 84 yrs. Devoted father of Alan E. Boultinghouse (Linda), and Karen R. Beri. Also survived by his special friend Patricia Parisano of 32 years. Predeceased by his parents Isaac "Earl" and Rose (nee Cafaro). Frank graduated from Paulsboro H.S. Class of 1956 where he played varsity baseball earning him a tryout with the Pittsburgh Pirates farm team. He proudly served in the U.S. Army with the Army Security Agency 1956-1959. Frank earned a B.A. from Glassboro State College while working full-time as a Laboratory Tech for Eastern Laboratories of E.I. Dupont. Frank also worked as a Claims Investigator for Retail Credit Corp, and as a Laboratory Tech for Mobil R&D. After retiring from Mobil, he became a driver for Gloucester County Serv-a-Tray delivering meals to senior citizens. Frank was a founding member of the Gloucester County Cultural and Heritage Commission. He was a member of the OSIA Carmel S. Morina Lodge 2580 for over 35 years, serving two terms as Lodge Recording Secretary and was a founding member of the Lodge Italian Language Committee. In 2021 Frank was honored as Lodge Member of the Year. He served the OSIA Grand Lodge of NJ as State Recording Secretary for 18 years and as State and Executive Board Trustee for 6 years. He was active in introducing and keeping Italian language instruction in several high schools. Frank was honored by the Sons of Italy NJ Foundation and the Camden County Freeholders for his service and enhancement of Italian culture. He enjoyed attending several OSIA National Conventions as a National Delegate from the Grand Lodge of NJ. Frank enjoyed playing slow pitch softball for almost 50 years. He played in the Woodbury Slow Pitch League, Interboro Softball League, West Deptford Men's Softball League and the Over-The-Hill Softball League. He played on several championship teams including Hummel's Garage and South Jersey Oldtimers. For several years he was part of a group that traveled to Daytona Beach to play in the USSSA Masters National Tournament. When Frank wasn't playing softball he loved cheering for the Philadelphia Eagles as a long-time season ticket holder and tailgater. Frank will always be remembered as a hard-working, caring, optimistic, courageous, and honest man with a great sense of humor and a willingness to always help others. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Thursday evening from 6 to 8PM and again on Friday morning from 9 to 10am at the LANDOLFI FUNERAL HOME, 300 W. Broad St. Paulsboro, NJ.
