Francesca Dattola (Nee Martino) Of Gibbstown, NJ, passed away on March 14, 2015, surrounded by her loving family, age 89 yrs. Beloved wife of the late Fortunato. Devoted mother of Maria (Frank) Pellicano, Cristina (Diego) Chila, Angela (Domenic) Romeo, and Caterina (Vernon) Dawson. Loving grandmother of Mariangela, Dominic, Maria, Antonio, Francesca, Cristina, Teresa, Francesca, Frank, Sebastian, Natino, Anthony, as well as 11 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Dear sister of Caterina Martino, Annunziata Paviglianiti, Santa (Nick) Gattuso, Fortunata "Tina" (late Vincenzo) Gattuso. Predeceased by her parents Vincenzo and Cristina (Nee Gattuso) Martino, her sister Maria Pratico, and her brother Pietro Martino. Born in Italy, Mrs. Dattola was long-time resident of Gibbstown. She retired as a seamstress from JD Sportswear after many years of service. Francesca was as member of the Altar & Rosary Society of St. John's Church and enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Friday from 6:30PM-9PM and again on Saturday from 8:15-9:15am at the LANDOLFI FUNERAL HOME OF PAULSBORO, 300 W. Broad St., Paulsboro, NJ.
