Frances C. Woodruff (nee Kinsky), 41, of Gibbstown, passed away September 13, 2012, at home, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She is the beloved wife of Gary G. Woodruff, devoted daughter of Bob and Frances (nee Lewis) Kinsky, loving sister of Alicia (Don) Keen, Bobby (Marandia) Kinsky, aunt of Tiffany and Jacob Keen, daughter-in-law of Pat and Gleason Woodruff, and, survived by her cherished canine Brea.

Fran worked for over 22years for GCUA, enjoyed camping at Shelbay Campground and being with her family and friends and going to the casino.
