Ellen V. Valichka (nee Lowe), 91, a life long resident of Gibbstown, passed away July 28, 2009. She is the beloved mother of Peggy (Joe) DeAngelo, Robert (Susan) Peck, loving grandmother of 8 and great grandmother of 11. Predeceased by her husbands Clarence Peck, William Valichka and stepson William Valichka Jr.

Ellen loved being with her family, lived life to the fullest, and, for over 30 years she owned and operated Ellen's Beauty Salon in Gibbstown.

A viewing will be on Sunday 7-9pm and Monday 8:15-9:15am at the Landolfi Funeral Home of Paulsboro, 300 W. Broad St. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 10am at the St. Michael's Church, Memorial Ave., Gibbstown. Interment St. Joseph's Cemetery, Swedesboro.
