Eileen L. Hendlmyer (nee Jones), 76, life long resident of Gibbstown, passed away October 12, 2011, at home, with her family by her side. She is survived by her beloved husband of 49 years John Hendlmyer, devoted mother of Rhonda (Glenn) Jones, Christine Hinman, Johnny Hendlmyer, sister of Ronald Jones, grandmother of Matthew, Glenn Jr., Gabrielle, Christin and Gareth.

Eileen was a nursing aide caring for others at Shady Lane Nursing home and Underwood Hospital and a former crossing guard at St. Michael's School. She loved going to the campground at the shore, walking the boardwalk and eating curly fries.

A viewing will be on Monday 7-9pm and Tuesday 10-11am at the LANDOLFI FUNERAL HOME of Paulsboro, 300 W. Broad St., followed by services 11am at the funeral home. Interment Gloucester County Veterans Cemetery.
