Deborah A. Kramer, 45, of Gibbstown, passed away March 25, 2012. She is the beloved daughter of the late Paul C. Kramer Sr., and Angeline (nee Ranieri) Kramer, sister of Kathleen (Joseph) Winters, Paul C. Kramer Jr., aunt of Ashley, Brian and Giovanna.
