Carmelo Serrano, 83, of Paulsboro, passed away October 19, 2009. He is the beloved husband of Gloria Serrano (nee Rosario), loving father of Gloria (Louis) Martinez, Carlos (Marilyn) Serrano, Edwin (Sandra) Serrano and dedicated grandfather of Melissa, Christopher, Louis Jr., Stephanie, Matthew, Alana and great grandfather of Aubrie.

Born in Puerto Rico, Carmelo moved to New York, where he lived for 45 years before moving to Paulsboro 17 years ago.
