(nee Zampaglione) Passed away peacefully on November 12, 2018, of Paulsboro, NJ, age 82 yrs. Beloved wife of the late Pasqualino "Pop." Devoted mother of Alex, Lena (Ted) Doumenis, Ercole (Sara), and the Late John (Victoria) and Domenick (Sandee). Loving Nonna of Pat (Jenn), Melany, Alex (Erin), Domenick (Demi), Alec, Domenica, Teddy, Nicholas, Selena, Alicia, Justine and Tommy. Great-grandmother of Breonna, Leroy, Antonio, Adrianna, Domenick and Alesandro. Born in Italy, Mrs. Chila was a long-time resident of Paulsboro where she retired from Logo's Neckwear. She was a devoted parishioner of St. Clare of Assisi Parish (St. John's Church)  where she was a member of Our Lady of Sorrows. Aurora enjoyed crocheting, shopping, and spending time with her grandchildren and will always be remembered for her warm smile and her love of cooking for friends and family. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Friday evening from 6 to 8PM and again on Saturday morning from 9 to 10am at LANDOLFI FUNERAL HOME, 300 W. Broad St, Paulsboro, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11am in St. Clare of Assisi Parish, St. John's Church, Beacon Ave, Paulsboro, NJ. Interment will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Swedesboro, NJ.
