Armando "Mondo" DiTonno, 79, of Gibbstown, passed away November 28, 2013. He is the beloved husband of 51 years to Patricia L. (nee Rizzo), devoted father of Maureen (George) Hand, Denise (Bill) Donnell, loving grandfather of Tara, Kimberly, Billy, Andy, great grandfather of Keaghan and Dakota, brother of Violet Manchester, brother-in-law of Candy (Steve) Johnson, Joyce (Phil) Musso, uncle of Andrea (Joe), Holly (Brian), Linda, Phil (Monalisa), Kathleen, Jim (Phyllis), Bob (Anita), Brian, Steve (Kris) and Eddie. Predeceased by his parents Spigadore and Anna DiTonno, siblings Lawrence, Altelia, Ezzio, William, Lena, Dolly, Anna and Palma.

"Mondo" was a US Army and Naval veteran, also served in Seabees. After many years of service he retired from New Jersey Transit.

A visitation with the family will be on Wednesday, 9-10:45am at the St. Clare of Assisi Parish (St. Michael's Church), Memorial Ave., Gibbstown, followed by a Mass at 11am. Interment will be private.
