Obituary

Anthony "Tony" Didamo, 71, passed away April 9, 2008 in Brush Colorado, after a long battle with Alzheimer's. Born in Gibbstown he is the son of the late Grazia (nee Visalli) and Nicola Didamo. He is the beloved husband of Alice (nee King), Brush CO, loving brother of Anita Drusdow,Gibbstown, Pauline Koch, Newark DE, Mary Lou (Richard) Marcucci, Haddon Hts and devoted brother-in-law of Martha Didamo, Bellevue NE. Also surviving are many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces/nephews who will miss him dearly. Predeceased by his stepmother Giuseppa Didamo, brother Col. Frank Didamo and brothers-in-law Eugene Koch and Daniel Drusdow.

"Tony" was a graduate of Paulsboro High School, a US Air Force Veteran 1954-1959 and a 1971 graduate of the Colorado School of Trades, Golden CO. After serving in the Air Force he became a dispatcher for the Gibbstown Police Force before moving to Colorado. From 1972-2000 he owned and operated the Foothills Shooting Center in Lakewood CO.

Tony was an avid hunter, enjoyed fly fishing and tying, and always loved to read.

A Memorial Rosary was recited April 16 and on April 17th a Memorial Mass was held at the St. Mary's Catholic Church and burial with Military Honors was at the Ft. Logan Nat'l Cemetery, Denver CO.
