Angelo J. Futia, 88, life long resident of Gibbstown, went home to be with the Lord, May 16, 2012, at home, with his family by his side. He is the beloved husband of Rose (nee Bruno), devoted father of Daniel (Linda) Futia, Rosalie (Craig) Markley, Donna (Kenneth) Iannelli, loving grandfather of David, Mandy, Daniel, Amanda, Justin, great grandfather of Gabrielle, Elise and brother of Alfred (Shirley) Futia. Predeceased by grandson Captain Ryan K. Iannelli, USMC (KIA Afghanistan).

Angelo loved the Lord, he was a WWII Army Veteran who proudly served his country and was a life member of the Gibbstown Anthony T. Calista VFW. He loved being with his family and spending time with his grandchildren, enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing and gardening. After 37 years of service Angelo retired from Mobil Oil Refinery as a welder.

A viewing will be on Saturday 10-11am at the Gloucester County Community Church, 359 Chapel Hts Rd., Washington Twp., followed by services at 11am. Interment Gloucester County Veterans Cemetery.
