(nee DeSimone) Passed away peacefully on September 13, 2017 of Paulsboro, NJ, age 98 yrs. Beloved wife of the late Alexander. Devoted mother Sally Magin (Buddy), John Monte (Mimi), Connie Gaskill (Tom), and the late Robert Monte. Dear sister of Anthony DeSimone (Janet) and Michael DeSimone. Loving grandmother of Donna Lori Fabrizio (Vince), Edward M. Magin, Lisa Johnson (Charles), Christine Crilly (Dennis), Tom Gaskill, and Heather Rice (Fred) as well as 9 great-grandchildren. Also survived by her sister-in-laws Millie DeSimone, Ida DeSimone, and Rose DeSimone as well as many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by 4 sisters and 4 brothers. Mrs. Monte was raised on the DeSimone farm, presently Bridgeport Speedway, with 10 brothers and sisters. Angela loved Sunday dinners and spending time with her family. Traditions and holidays were carried out from her mother, Consolata, included making her homemade raviolis and spinach pies at Christmas and Easter Bread at Easter. Angela was very quiet in nature, but was always there to lend a helping hand, with much love! She spent all of her adult life in Paulsboro.
